At Drupa 08 next year (29 May-11 June) Heidelberg will launch two large format presses, the Speedmaster XL 142 (format 6) and XL 162 (format 7) to complement its proven Speedmaster XL 105 and CD 74/102 range. These new models will be built in the newly inaugurated Hall 11 at its Wiesloch facility.

The Diana X 450m/minute folder gluer, available in 115cm and 135cm widths, is Heidelberg’s range for the most demanding and bespoke solutions and sells alongside the highly automated and productive Diana Pro and the entry level ECO series. The Dymatrix remains its top of the range die-cutting line, now with the Varimatrix 105CS providing a solution for low end packaging or high end industrial printers.

MetalFX® Technology is a universal process and spot metallic color system permitting millions of metallic colors to be printed, all by adding only one MetalFX base silver or gold ink to the usual CMYK mix.
